We currently ship via Canada Post and UPS across Canada and to the United States

Orders are subject to a 2-3 business day processing time before fulfillment and shipping. We ship out all orders on Wednesdays and Fridays, up to orders received by end of day the prior day.
Shipping is free on orders over $150.00 CAD.

We produce all of our products in Canada, by Canadians, with Canadian Artists, and with Canadian materials.
We strive to work with supply chain partners that respect their workers, their communities, and the environment.
Our skateboards are made from Canadian Maple, Pressed in Canada, Shaped in Canada and printed in Canada.
The dyed veneers are unique to each board, as the properties of the individual maple wood determine how much and where the dye will be absorbed. So we cannot guarantee any specific finish pattern.

We currently use PayPal and major credit cards as standard payment services in order to ensure trust between our clients and our business. If you'd like to see other payment processing options, let us know and we can explore adding it in the future.

We want to make sure you're happy with your Orka products. Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you have any issues, please reach out to us via our contact page. Please include a reference to your order number, or store receipt, and explain what has gone wrong.
